Our me:applied Professional Growth Series for Motivated Marketers will inspire and empower you to take your career to the next level. In this group coaching format, you'll unveil your existing strengths and learn how apply them at work so that you — and your company — reap the benefits.
Our group meetings are dynamic and include a mix of in-person NYC sessions and video conference laser check-ins totaling 20 contact hours. Our format is designed around awareness, planning and execution phases. You'll build your own personalized action plan and crush your work goals.
You'll get a fully engaged experience with a 6:1 participant-to-leader ratio.

WHO CAN ATTEND:
Our attendees span from individual contributors to managers. The program is recommended for mid-level marketers with at least 5 years experience up to director level. Space is limited to the first 12 qualified marketing professionals. Apply now.

My work background spans across marketing and PR, tech, advertising, legal, and hospitality. I’m fascinated by how digital, social media, and content marketing are forever evolving and interconnected — in many ways, just like us humans.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Day 1 seSSion - Friday August 3
Through appreciative inquiry, you’ll identify your core growth opportunities and uncover your expectations. With a new clarity on your capability for growth and change, we’ll apply visualization tools and team exercises. You’ll hone into the strategies that make sense for your path forward.
Day 2 sesSion - Friday august 17
You’ll check in on progress and unveil your strengths and values assessment results. You’ll apply these findings to strengths and values-based goal setting, which is fundamental to your execution plan.
Day 3 sesSIon - Friday August 31
Once your execution plan is lined up to your strengths, you’ll apply action strategies. Through resiliency and double loop learning, you’ll ensure your path forward is about doing the right things versus doing things right.
